Reflection is a Saudi technology company that helps organizations understand how their operations work, structure them more effectively, and build the technology environment required to support them. We do not begin by assuming the answer is ERP, a new application, or a particular platform. We start by understanding workflows, data movement, ownership, operational bottlenecks, and the information management needs to make better decisions. From there, the right approach may involve improving an existing system, integrating multiple platforms, automating workflows, implementing ERP, or building custom software.

Reflection works across both operations and technology. Our capabilities include process analysis, workflow design, ERP implementation and reconfiguration, custom software development, system integration, process automation, reporting, dashboards, and ongoing system development. Not every project requires all of these capabilities. The scope is shaped around the business and the problem that needs to be solved.

In some cases, the current system may already be capable enough and simply needs to be improved. In others, the business may need a custom solution or a new technology environment.
